Simply Ok provides a visual approval platform that enables users to submit, review, and approve creative assets including images, videos, PDFs, and other visual content. The service is available as an iOS application and through the Simply Ok website.
You agree to use Simply Ok only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
The Simply Ok name, logo, and app design are proprietary. Content submitted by users remains their own property. Simply Ok does not claim ownership over user-submitted content.
Simply Ok is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simply Ok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
